Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Should any delay occur with shipments, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship from Charlotte, NC. 

*We currently only cater to the United States of America. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order tracking will be supplied 1-2 days after purchase. Should this not happen you can reach out to us via our Instagram (@drophause) or via email (contact@drophause.com)

Damages

Drophause is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Rerouting

Packages will not be rerouted. The address used on the initial purchase will be the address used for the final destination.
